This system consists of two EA files:

  • CopyX Master EA – Installed on the main account and functions to send trade signals.

  • CopyX Slave EA – Installed on the receiving account and copies all trading activities from the Master.

  • Automatic Time Synchronization – Ensures accurate order execution by adjusting time differences between server and client.

  • Automatic Prefix & Suffix Detection – Automatically adapts to different broker symbol naming formats, ensuring compatibility across multiple brokers.

  • Support for Multiple Brokers – Enables trading and copying between different brokers.

  • Pending Order Support – All types of pending orders are copied without delay.

  • Reverse Copy Mode – Option to copy trades in reverse (buy ↔ sell).

  • Lot Size Multiplier – Provides flexible risk management with adjustable lot scaling on client accounts.

  • Special Features – Supports closing master positions when a single client triggers “close all positions” or reaches margin call (MC). This feature can be turned on/off and is intended for specific trading conditions only.

With this system, you can easily manage multiple accounts, replicate trading activity, and adjust risk according to your strategy.

Server Port

  • The Port value must be set between 10–65535.

  • The Port on the Master must match the Port on all Slave (Client) accounts.

  • If any changes occur, the Slave must immediately update the Port to maintain a stable Master–Slave connection.

Max Connections (Clients)

  • Defines the maximum number of Slave (Client) accounts that can connect to the Master.

Specific Pair

  • If specified, only the listed trading pairs will be sent to the Slave for copying.

  • If left empty, all pairs will be copied.

Copy Period

Turn-On

  • Enables the period during which the Master sends trading data to Clients.

Turn-Off

  • Disables this feature (recommended to keep it OFF under normal conditions).

Start Copy

  • When Copy Period is enabled (Turn-On), this parameter defines the start time when the Master begins sending trading data to the Slave.

Stop Copy

  • When Copy Period is enabled (Turn-On), this parameter defines the end time when the Master stops sending trading data to the Slave.

Server

Server Hostname / IP Address

  • The hostname or IP address of the server.

  • Default: localhost

Server Port

  • The Port value must match the server’s Port to ensure proper connection.

Trading Settings

Filter Pair

  • If specified, only the listed pairs will be copied.

  • If left empty, all pairs will be copied.

Tolerance Delay Copy (Minutes)

  • Defines the allowed time difference between Master and Slave (Client) in minutes.

Comment Settings

Follow Master

  • The comment follows the Master’s trade comment.

Custom Comment

  • Does not follow the Master’s comment and uses a custom input instead.

Custom Comment (Value)

  • When Custom Comment is enabled, all copied trades will use this text.

Pending Order Settings

Allow Pending Limit

  • True: Enable copying of Buy Limit / Sell Limit orders

  • False: Disable copying of pending limit orders

Allow Pending Stop

  • True: Enable copying of Buy Stop / Sell Stop orders

  • False: Disable copying of pending stop orders

Reverse Copy

Reverse Instant Open

  • True: Reverse trade positions from Master

    • Buy → Sell

    • Sell → Buy

  • False: Copy trades in the same direction as the Master

Reverse Pending Order

  • True: Reverse pending order types on the Client

    • Buy Limit → Sell Stop

    • Sell Limit → Buy Stop

    • Buy Stop → Sell Limit

    • Sell Stop → Buy Limit

  • False: Copy pending orders exactly as the Master

TP / SL Settings

Set TP/SL Manually

  • Turn-On: Client can modify TP/SL independently (does not follow Master)

  • Turn-Off: TP/SL can follow the Master

Set Stop Loss (Follow Master)

  • Turn-On: Stop Loss follows the Master (Set TP/SL Manually must be OFF)

  • Turn-Off: Stop Loss does not follow the Master

Set Take Profit (Follow Master)

  • Turn-On: Take Profit follows the Master (Set TP/SL Manually must be OFF)

  • Turn-Off: Take Profit does not follow the Master

Lot Size Settings

Rounding Lot Size (2 Digits)

  • Normal Round

    Standard rounding

    • 0.015 → 0.02

    • 0.014 → 0.01

  • Round Up

    Always round up

    • 0.011 → 0.02

  • Round Down

    Always round down

    • 0.018 → 0.01

Lot Size Scale (%)

  • Scales the lot size based on the Master’s lot size

  • Example:

    • 200% → Client uses 2× the Master’s lot size

Max Limit Master Lot Size

  • Limits the maximum lot size from the Master to be copied

  • Prevents over-lot exposure on the Client side

Max Limit Client Lot Size

  • Limits the maximum lot size that can be opened on the Client

  • Allows independent risk management on the Client account

How CopyX EA Works

  1. Master Installation
    Install the CopyX Master EA on the main account in MT4/MT5.
  2. Client/Follower Installation
    Install the CopyX Slave EA on client or follower accounts in MT4/MT5. You can install it on multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  3. Port Configuration
    Ensure that the Port value on the Master EA matches the Port value on all Client EAs so the connection runs properly.
  4. Dashboard Monitoring
    If the connection is successful, the list of connected client account names will appear on the dashboard (chart) of the Master account.
  5. Trading Synchronization

    • All trading activities such as opening positions, modifying (TP/SL), closing, or deleting orders are executed from the Master account.
    • The CopyX Master EA will automatically send trade information to all client accounts, and the CopyX Slave EA will execute trades based on each client’s settings.
    • Trading activity on client accounts does not affect the Master account.
